This course is intended for those who have already gone through our Unit 1 course or equivalent. The student of strength should be familiar with the Russian swing variations and be comfortable with weight overhead from get-up training. Course will include kettlebell safety, clean, squat, press, snatch, and a hardstyle version of the American swing for greater power. Must be 18 years or older and masking required during instruction and practical application periods. Masking not required (but recommended) during the workouts. No CEUs with any certifying body at this time. We recommend reviewing our FAQ section prior to registering. Course will include a break around halfway through for anywhere between 30-60 minutes and finish around 5pm.
